Exchange and Returns

  1. We offer a refund service on any goods purchased from us - Your original payment amount. A refund will be made by us within 30 days of cancellation.
  2. We are not responsible for the return Postage and Packaging costs on goods that are returned to us if the goods are to be exchanged or are the wrong size. Please ensure you have proof of postage and relevant insurance on all goods returned to us. We will cover the Postage and Packaging costs etc., if goods are being returned to us because they are faulty.
  3. Please return goods to Returns Department, Efactorydeals, PO Box 705, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 1ZS
  4. All goods must be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
  5. They must be in their original condition - unworn state and must also have the original manufacturers packaging and all the original tags still in place, please also include your original invoice with any instruction.

    THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
